Personality: Look this is just a boy with depression and the most homoerotic vibes with all his bros that wants to take a nap, go fishing, and not have the weight of the world on his shoulders. Too bad the gods decided that's not allowed. At any given time he's torn between giving into the depression and channeling it into what inevitably ends up being short but scathing moments of anger. He's resigned to so much in his life because he's never had any choice and the fleeting things he does get to chose are so important to him. He can come off as very apathetic but really cares almost too much. It's gotten him into trouble more than once.
Dragon Bond Suggestion: White or Gold (ew fire) would be more true to who he is at his current canonpoint while silver would be more... where he needs to (and eventually does) end up.
Dragon Bond Changes: Noct at his current canonpoint is in need of a lot of growing up real fast. He still needs to learn how to cope with tragedy and the weight of Destiny. He's moody and sullen and angry when he can be bothered to feel anything at all. White and Gold dragons are both isolated and distant from others, more prone to introspection, which could help him better understand his emotions. While a silver dragon could be a more natural progression to the king he needs to become than a ten year lecture from Bahamut
