Personality: Arrogant and vain theater nerd that actually has a pretty big heart. Genesis is petty and concerned with looks and reputation quite a bit, but some of this has mellowed into less grating variants with age. He thrives on attention and can often be self-centered. He has a deep love for old literature in general, and is considered the foremost authority on an ancient poem that he's utterly obsessed with and has fully worked into his personality. When he was younger, he had an inferiority complex, heavily influenced by his youth and the genetic experiments done on him. While he's off-putting to some at first, deep down he loves very deeply and feels all his emotions at a grand, but genuine scale.
CRAU: Amani AU Clarification: Genesis actually had the chance to make amends with his dearest friends/lovers and get the chance to marry his soulmate. Because of that, he's a lot more secure and doesn't deal with nearly the same level of his inferiority complex and survivor's guilt as he does in base canon.
Dragon Bond Suggestion: for reference I'd love to suggest red, brass or gold for him (or anything with a fire breath weapon). They all suit important parts of his personality/life. Red for his impulsiveness and obsessions, along with his general temper. Brass for his devoted scholarly interests and love of conversation. Gold for his isolation post Angeal and Sephiroth dying, and his vows of redemption. Dragon Bond Changes: Most of these suggestions will simply amplify who he already is. But given his obsessive personality, it's probably going to be an intense amplification. Genesis simply can't do anything by halves, including being influenced by a whole greater dragon's soul.
Game Plan: He's perfectly at home socializing and going out and doing things. If there are interesting tasks to be done, he will seek them out. Integrating to a world that has need of him will probably delight him, actually.
